Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of clikamo.com and its tools (the “Service”), provided by [Legal business name], [Street address, City, ZIP, Country]. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

1. The Service

Clikamo offers AI-powered text tools that help YouTube creators write titles, tags, hooks, video ideas and similar content. Clikamo is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by YouTube or Google.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping access to your email and account secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Plans and limits

• Guests can make 2 generations per day, and free accounts 5 per day.
• Pro includes 300 generations per calendar month for $9 per month or $79 per year, plus applicable taxes.
• Limits reset at 00:00 UTC (daily) and on the first day of each month (monthly). Unused generations don't roll over.
• We may change free limits at any time. We will give Pro subscribers reasonable notice before reducing their limits.

4. Subscriptions and payments

• Pro subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep Pro until then.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars; sales tax or VAT is added where required.
• If a payment fails, we may retry it and suspend Pro features if it remains unpaid.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. Changes apply from your next billing period.
• Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable and we don't provide refunds for partially used periods.

5. Right of withdrawal (EU and UK consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have the right to withdraw from a Pro subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason. Because Pro starts immediately, by subscribing you ask us to begin the Service during the withdrawal period. If you withdraw, we may charge a proportionate amount for the period you used. 6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for anything illegal, harmful, hateful, harassing or deceptive;
• create spam, misleading metadata or content that breaks YouTube's policies;
• use bots, scripts or multiple accounts to get around limits, or resell access to the Service;
• attempt to break, overload, reverse engineer or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
• submit personal data of others without a lawful basis.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

7. Your content and AI output

You keep any rights you have in the text you submit. To the extent we have any rights in the output generated for you, we assign them to you, and you may use it freely, including commercially. You give us permission to process your input and output only as needed to run the Service.

Output is generated by AI and may be inaccurate, similar to content generated for others, or unsuitable for your purpose. Review it before publishing. You are responsible for what you publish, and we don't guarantee any result, such as views, subscribers, rankings or revenue.

8. Our intellectual property

The Service, its design, code and brand belong to us or our licensors. These Terms don't give you any right to use our name or logo.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't guarantee that the Service will always be available or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if you haven't paid us. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service, in which case we will refund any prepaid, unused Pro period.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify signed-in users of material changes before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by [governing law], and disputes are subject to [competent courts]. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may bring claims there.
